STEM, SAT, ACT, IT & Business
courses mapped to NCLB
standards
- Meets fully the Federal requirement that the GEAR UP match
partner should help set up an
Academy program that “prepares students
for college”
The GCSA Solution
Site License program provides:
- MENTORING --
24 x 7 live instant mentoring
- STIPENDS for
teachers, iPods for students, and awards for parents
- FREE TRAINING
for the teachers and Academy Director
- FREE TECH SUPPORT
- FREE LMS (Learning
Management System) similar to Blackboard that allows for the
tracking of student activity, performance and instant report
generation

- Attach letter from NEF to the GEAR
UP application
- Appoint a GCSA director
- Visit www.cyberlearning.org/courses
to see all 3,000 courses available
- Request complimentary IDs
to access courses
- Do a needs analysis and determine the number
of licenses needed
- Request a GCSA Solution Site
License Letter for a subsidized fee of $30 per
student
